Passing along or replying to an email is a quick and easy way to communicate with others. Here are some simple steps to follow:
To Reply:
- Look for the Reply icon at the bottom of your email screen and tap on it. This will open a new Compose page where you can write your reply.
- Your reply will automatically be addressed to the sender's email address. Write your message and tap the Send icon.
To Reply All:
- While on the email screen, look for the Reply All icon at the bottom of your email screen and tap on it. This will open a new Compose page where you can write your reply
- Your reply will automatically be addressed to everyone who is listed in the fields To, From, and Cc. Write your message and tap the Send icon.
To Forward:
- Look for the Forward icon at the bottom of your email screen and tap on it. This will open a new Compose page where you can write your reply.
- Enter the email address of the recipient tap the Send icon.
Tips:
- Before replying or forwarding, make sure to double-check the email address(es) you are sending to.
- Use clear and concise language in your message to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.
- If you are replying to a group email, consider whether your reply is relevant to everyone or if it would be better to reply only to the sender.
