The first step to successfully accessing your CenturyLink Email is to ensure you are attempting login at www.centurylink.net.

If you do not have your mobile recovery assigned to your Centurylink Email address, you will need to chat with a live agent between 9-6 CST M-F. For your security password resets for accounts that do not have 2 factors established will not be resolved in any other method than live chat. If a customer submits a form for a password reset, they will be advised in email to live chat during business hours.
Note: Your recovery method must have been set in your CenturyLink Email after October 2022.
No password reset requests will be handled through submitting an Email Support form. In the event you did not have your recovery method established you will need to chat with CenturyLink Email live chat support between 8-5 PM ET, M-F.
