The Remove HTML icon removes the HTML code from an email and converts it to plain text. This feature can be helpful when email messages appear jumbled or formatted awkwardly. By removing the HTML, you are able to view and reply to the email without the HTML code. To remove HTML from an email:
1. Click the "Remove HTML" icon.
2. Click OK when the warning dialogue box appears.
3. All HTML code will be removed from your composer window.
