When composing an email, look for words that indicate urgency or importance. These words are:
- Urgent
- Critical
- Imperative
- Important
- Time-sensitive
- High-priority
- Top-priority
- Crucial
- Serious
- Warning
- Hazardous
- Emergency
- Significant
If you include any of the words above in the subject line of an email, the service will automatically mark the email as high-priority and highlight the text in red, making it easier to spot in the inbox.
