Change your Q.com username today!
- November 4th 2025, Q.com users who have not updated their username to the Myctl.net domain have begun to lose their ability to access their email using an email program like Outlook or Apple Mail (IMAP/POP).
- If your email program is failing: To restore functionality, please update/correct your email address from the old q.com to the new myctl.net (and to update your email server settings to the CenturyLink server settings if not in place already).
- If you are not experiencing this issue yet, make these changes now to avoid it.
- Outlook users simply need to correct the username to restore functionality,
- Apple Mail users will need to re-add the full account.
