To automatically add a signature to every email message:
1. Click the Gears icon located at the upper right corner of the email interface and select the Mail Tab.
2. Under the Preferences link, click on Automatically Add Signature under the "Mail Sending" subheading.
3. Click on the radio button next to Yes, if you wish to include a signature in every email.
