Structure your emails so that the original email message is included in your email replies. It's easy:
1. Click the Gears icon located at the upper right corner of the email interface and select the Mail Tab.
2. Under the Preferences link, click on Include Original with Reply link.
4. Click on the radio button beside Yes or No to control whether your reply email messages will include the original message from the sender.
5. Click on the Save button to implement your decision.
