The decommissioning and transition from Q.com to the Myctl.net domain has been fully completed. All users are now using the Myctl.net domain for email and login.
What this means for you:
The Q.com domain has been retired. Your Q.com email address is no longer active. All users must now use their @Myctl.net email address to send, receive, and access emails. Attempting to use Q.com is no longer supported.
New login credentials:
All sign-ins now require your Myctl.net username. Q.com credentials are no longer valid for accessing webmail. Access your email at www.centurylink.net using your @Myctl.net email address.
Continuity of service:
All email accounts are fully operational under Myctl.net. Messages from Q.com have been migrated, and no emails have been lost during the transition. If you experience any issues logging in or receiving email, ensure you are using your @Myctl.net username.
No configuration changes needed:
For most users, no changes are required on your devices. Webmail is accessible at www.centurylink.net, and you can continue using email as usual with your @Myctl.net address.
Update your contacts and connected accounts:
Make sure to notify contacts of your @Myctl.net email address and update any connected accounts or services to use the new domain.
