Automatic forwarding of emails from your CenturyLink inbox to another email account is no longer a feature of free CenturyLink Email accounts.
Why is email forwarding no longer available to add?
We decided to remove this feature to help ensure free CenturyLink Email accounts remain secure.
How do I disable existing auto forwarding of emails on my account now?
If you had forwarding set up prior to December 20th, 2022 you will see the option to “do not forward” in the webmail email settings.
- Click theGear icon located at the upper right corner of the email interface and select the Mail Tab.
- Under the Mail Sending Link, find the “change reply to address” scroll to the middle of the screen and under mail forwarding click show settings
- Enter your password to authenticate the account.
- Click the option to “do not forward mail”.
*Option will only display if you had forwarding set up prior. New forwarding additions are no longer available.
