While technically possible, it's not recommended to share your app passwords, even with trusted individuals. App passwords are designed to be used by applications, not people. Sharing them increases the risk of them being accidentally or intentionally misused, or even getting compromised. If someone else needs access to your account, consider other safer methods such as granting them delegate access.
