With the "Remove category" feature, you have the flexibility to modify the categories assigned to your emails. Follow these simple steps to remove a category from your email:
- Log in to your email account and navigate to one of the categories - Updates, Social, Forums, or Promotions.
- Locate the email from which you want to remove the category.
- Select the email.
- Look for the Change category option in the message action bar and click on it.
- From the drop-down menu, select Remove category.
- The category assigned to the email will be removed, and it will no longer be categorized.
The email will now appear in its original location without any assigned category.
