Previously saved bookmarked or favorited urls will not work in connecting your email and you will receive a 404 error. Customers will need to follow the instructions below to successfully login.
How to fix:
- You will need to access your email by typing centurylink.net in your browser
- Click on the email icon in the top right-hand corner of the page
- Enter in your username and password
- Delete old favorite/bookmark
Save new favorite/bookmark if that is what you prefer.
